Welcome to Aurex Hosting. By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing services from Aurex Hosting, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Aurex Hosting services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have the permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services and agree to these Terms.

Refund Policy

Aurex Hosting offers a strict 24-hour refund policy. You may request a full refund within exactly 24 hours of your initial purchase or service activation. After the 24-hour window has passed, all sales are final, and no refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for any reason. Refunds do not apply to customized services, dedicated IP addresses, or domain registrations.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use our infrastructure responsibly. You may not use our services to host illegal content, malware, or pirated software; engage in activities that disrupt our networks (DoS/DDoS); run malicious scripts or miners; or send spam. Aurex Hosting reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your service without a refund if you violate this policy.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and billing information. Aurex Hosting is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account or servers.

Data and Backups

While we maintain our infrastructure to the highest standards, you are solely responsible for backing up your own data. Aurex Hosting does not guarantee the retention of your data in the event of hardware failure, account suspension, or termination. We highly recommend configuring external, off-site backups for all your critical server data.

Service Availability (Uptime)

Aurex Hosting strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, hardware upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any scheduled network or hardware migrations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aurex Hosting, its staff, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Modifications to the Terms

Aurex Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through announcements on our platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
